This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) applies to AI services at Takiri LLP (https://takiri.net).

1. Prohibited Uses

• Abusive, harassing, or harmful content
• Violation of IP or privacy rights
• Malware, phishing, scams, or fraud
• Bypassing security or usage limits
• Use in regulated fields without verification (legal, medical, financial)

2. AI Content Disclaimer

AI outputs are provided “as is.” Accuracy or reliability is not guaranteed. Users are responsible for how AI content is used.

3. Credit Usage & Violations

Using purchased credits to access AI services must comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access. Credits spent during violations are non-refundable.

4. Third-Party Models

AI outputs may be processed by third-party providers (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq). We are not responsible for their actions or policies.

5. Enforcement

Violation of this Policy may result in suspension or termination of access, with or without notice.
