1. Token Purchases

Takiri operates on a token-based system. Tokens are purchased manually and are used to access AI features within the platform. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.

All token purchases are considered final. Once tokens are added to your account, they are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where required by applicable law.

2. Usage & Expiration

Tokens do not expire and remain available in your account until they are used. Unused tokens are not eligible for refunds.

3. Exceptions

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances, such as billing errors, duplicate charges, or where required by UK consumer protection laws.
